I'm currently designing for Genome Medical, a health tech company that delivers virtual genomic services and precision insights through telehealth and innovative SaaS solutions. I own the design of new features across two agile scrum teams, and I closely collaborate with cross-functional teams members such as product managers and tech leads. I also have a strong interest in DesignOps, and I play an active role in developing UX methods, processes, and frameworks.
Prior to my transition into UX , I spent many years working in the writing and education field. This experience informs my abilities as an empathetic, human-centered designer. I am able to tap into my communication skills and curiosity about human behavior to explore the many facets of human behavior as I create meaningful digital products.
I graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and hold an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence.
